Refund policy
Our policy covers returns starting from the date you receive your item. If the specified number of days has gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Baking & Kitchen Tools: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Lamps & Lighting Fixtures: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
It must be unused and free from wear, tear, or damage.
It must be in the original packaging (including all protective padding for lamps).
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
3. How to Initiate a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Given the fragile nature of lamps and lighting fixtures, please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
5. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food or baking ingredients), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale.
6. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
7. Shipping Costs
Unless the item is damaged or defective, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if a label was provided by us).
